Virtual Flights offers 4 Membership Tiers under the Virtual Traveller Club Programme.

UPGRADE / DOWNGRADE RULES
UPGRADES &
DOWNGRADES ARE PERFORMED ONLY BY THE 3RD DAY OF EVERY MONTH.
We would like to remind all passengers that Frequent Flyer
Membership upgrades are done only by the 3rd of the following month,
even if you achieve your flying targets during the current month.
While Virtual Flights will strive to complete the Frequent Flyer
Upgrades as soon as the month is complete, it can take up to 72
hours to fully complete the upgrade process. There will be NO
COMPENSATION for delayed upgrades. Flyers who do not maintain
their Membership eligibilities will be downgraded to the relevant
frequent flyer tier based on their FlyPoints earned.

B R O N Z E M E M B E R S H I P |
Eligibility:
New Joiners: All passengers are automatically enrolled into
the Virtual Traveller Club Programme at the Bronze
membership tier, which is the first level.
Upgrades:
Bronze Members who earn required FlyPoints for
Silver/Gold/Platinum tiers can be upgraded by the 3rd of the
following month.
Downgrades:
Not Applicable to Bronze tier members, as it is the
first tier.
Customer Service:
Normal Response Queue.
Special Benefits:
No Special Benefits. Only Normal Tier FlyMiles will be
credited. |

Eligibility:
Only on Upgrade/Downgrade.
Upgrades:
Silver Members who earn more than 1999 FlyPoints can
be upgraded to Gold/Platinum tiers after the close of the
current month.
Downgrades:
Silver Members who earn less than 1000 FlyPoints
before the end of the month will be downgraded to Bronze status
by the 3rd day of the following month.
Customer Service:
Normal Response Queue.
Special Benefits:
25% Additional FlyMiles on all Tickets Purchased.
FlyCash 50 off on all Ticket Cancellations. |

O L D M E M B E R S H I P |
Eligibility:
Only on Upgrade/Downgrade.
Upgrades:
Gold Members who earn more than 2999 FlyPoints can
be upgraded to Platinum tier after the close of the current
month.
Downgrades:
Gold Members who earn less than 2000 FlyPoints
before the end of the month will be downgraded to
Silver/Bronze status by the 3rd day of the following month.
Customer Service:
Priority Response on all queries.
Special Benefits:
50% Additional FlyMiles on all Tickets Purchased.
FlyCash 100 off on all Ticket Cancellations. |

L A T I N U M M E M B E R S H I P |
Eligibility:
Only on Upgrade.
Upgrades:
Not Applicable to Platinum tier members, as it is
the highest tier.
Downgrades:
Platinum Members who earn less than 3000 FlyPoints
before the end of the month will be downgraded to Gold status
by the 3rd day of the following month. Thereafter, Gold status rules will apply for following month.

Special Benefits:
Passengers cannot be downgraded below Gold Tier
Membership
100% Additional FlyMiles on all Tickets Purchased.
